Healing After the Flood by Love INC

Love INC would like to invite the community to a series of presentations offered by area professionals. Our purpose with these events is to offer hope, education and emotional support to our neighbors impacted by the flood.

This four week series will feature the following topics:

September 18: Good-Bye Stress, We're Breaking Up - Strategies for Managing Stress. Presenters are Greg Van Peursem, PA-C (Hegg Health Center) and Donna L. Van Peursem, LISW, CEAP

September 25: Communicating with Kids to Help Them Heal, Presented by Katie Vander Zwaag, LMHC, Registered Play Therapist (Creative Living Center)

October 2: Self-Care to Promote Healing (routines, good people, activities, thinking patterns), Presented by Melody Becker Pullman, LMHC, MS (Bethesda Christian Counseling)

October 9: Good Grief, Presented by Melinda Faber, LBSW (Hegg Health Center), Trudy Weber, MA, SW (Whispering Heights), Sarah Beucher, MD (Hegg Health Center)
